3. AI Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Max, our AI coach, provides AI-generated coaching and guidance. Max is not a licensed professional advisor. Specifically:

  • Max does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or therapeutic advice
  • AI-generated insights should be independently verified before acting on them
  • Coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional consulting, counseling, or therapy
  • You should consult qualified professionals for legal, financial, and medical matters

You acknowledge that you use AI-generated coaching at your own risk and discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

You acknowledge that AI coaching is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
